The London Borough of Hounslow v Devere & ors [2018] EWHC 1447 (Ch)

Gary Blaker QC represented the London Borough of Hounslow in this interesting appeal. The case concerns houseboat owners trespassing in Watermans Park in Brentford.

Subject to minor variations of the trial judge’s order Gary successfully resisted the appeal and the trial judge’s findings have in the main been upheld.
