Guidance on What Constitutes an Interim Statute Bill

On 11 September 2014 Master Howarth handed down judgment in Zhang v Howard Kennedy FSI LLP where he decided that the Defendant’s bills were not interim statute bills and that ‘special circumstances’ existed pursuant to s.70 of the Solicitors Act 1974. Stephen Boyd acted for the successful claimant.
