Decision in Group Seven Ltd v Allied Investment Corporation Ltd [2015] EWCA Civ 631

The Court of Appeal has handed down its judgment in Group Seven Ltd v Allied Investment Corporation Ltd [2015] EWCA Civ 631. The appeal aroseout of a €9m fraud perpetrated by persons including the third defendant appellant, Mr Paul Sultana, a British citizen and resident. The victim of the fraud was the first claimant, Group Seven Limited, a Maltese company formerly called Allseas Group Limited.
