A son fraudulently obtained millions from his father – Van Collem v Van Collem [2015] EWHC 2258 (Ch)

Asplin J held that the First Defendant had obtained a share transfer fraudulently in that it was not made with the First Claimant’s knowledge. The First Defendant was found to have taken about £2.5 million fraudulently from the Claimants’ bank accounts. Gary Blaker QC and Isabel Petrie appeared for the successful Claimants.
