Duty of Care Owed by Registrar: Sebry v Companies House [2015] EWHC 115 (QB)

Edis J has handed down his judgment in Sebry v Companies House [2015] EWHC 115 (QB), an important decision which establishes that the Registrar of Companies House owes a duty when entering a winding up order on the Register to take reasonable care to ensure that the Order is not registered against the wrong company. Neil Mendoza (led by Clive Freedman QC) appeared for the successful claimant.
